FHFA 

     Federal Housing Finance Agency tracks Home Prices on a quarterly
  basis for every Metropolitan Statistical Area in the Nation.

     All figures obtained from the FHFA Website. 

     Annual Percent Change in FHFA House Price Indexes (HPI) for
  379 MSA's/MSAD's and all 50 States in the country.
 
    Change in HPI is roughly the Media Equivalent of Year-Over-Year Appreciation.

    FHFA Uses the Metropolitan Division over Metropolitan Statistical Area,
  where one is available or defined.
