              After researching this issue for California, North East was next. 

              Looks like people from the North East are moving into the South Atlantic
          states. North Carolina, Tennesse and Georgia. And of course heavily into
          Florida and also Texas.

              But what also seems to be happening is that South Floridians are moving 
          north into Atlanta, Nashville and Raleigh. More on Florida exodus later.
