North Carolina's Housing Market does not get a lot of
press. Though it has steadily attracted new residents,
777K between 2000 and 2006.
Raleigh alone registered a 18% increase by adding 145K
new residents, during 2000-2005.
And the builders are responding by building as many
homes they can, for the new arrivals.
