Florida - Condo & Home Construction Boom

         Per Census Bureau, Florida has built the largest number of housing units among 
     all states. About 247K, between July-04 and July-05.

         Following Florida were California (182,000), Texas (179,000), Georgia (98,000)
     and Arizona (87,000).

         Looks like High Rise Condos form the major bulk of New Construction in South
     Florida Coasts, Townhomes and Single Family Homes are the norm in the rest of the
     state.

         The sheer volume of New & Pre Construction Condos & Homes availabe all over the
     state is unbeleivable.

         The Sun, The beaches and The Ocean must undoubtedly be the lure of The Sunshine
     State.
