Atlanta - Home Construction Boom

         When it comes to building new homes, there is no other place like 
    Atlanta. Per Census Bureau Data, Atlanta Metro Area added the largest 
    number of new homes among all metro areas in the country.

        Atlanta MSA added 315K new housing units between July-00 and July-05.
  That is a 19.7% increase. Dallas is next with 245K, Phoenix 247K, Houston 
  230K and Chicago with 196K new housing units, ranks fifth.

       Atlanta has also seen a strong in migration with a population increase
   of 618K, an increase of 15% over the same period.
